George Hutchinson draws on nearly 20 years of real estate experience to serve corporate and public sector clients in services including portfolio management, site selection, and tenant representation. In addition to being a principal of Allegro, George also serves as the firm's President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Allegro, George was a Partner of Deloitte & Touche where he directed the Corporate Real Estate Practice for the Great Lakes and Ohio Valley Regions. George was previously the Partner in charge of Corporate Services at Cleveland Real Estate Partners. Earlier in his career, he worked in tenant representation in Cleveland and Orlando, Florida.

Michael L. Cantor, Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel

With well over 15 years of experience solving real estate challenges, Michael Cantor serves corporate, public sector and real estate industry clients with global, national and regional real estate portfolios in services including management consulting, portfolio management, and development consulting. In addition to being a principal of Allegro, Michael also serves as the firm's Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. Prior to joining Allegro, Michael served as a Senior Manager in the Real Estate Solutions practice of Deloitte & Touche and as Vice President of Cleveland Real Estate Partners, which was acquired by Deloitte in 1999. Earlier in his career, he worked in a corporate real estate outsourcing firm and a tenant representation firm.

Russell H. Lamb, Chief Financial Officer

Russell Lamb has worked for and advised corporate, public sector, and not-for-profit entities in services including strategic planning, portfolio management, and development consulting for well over a decade. In addition to being a principal of Allegro, Russell also serves as the firm's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Allegro, Russell worked as a Senior Manager in the Real Estate Solutions practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP and was active in the firm’s Public Sector/Higher Education/Not-for-Profit practice. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Associate at Cleveland Real Estate Partners and spearheaded real estate initiatives for the County of Charleston, South Carolina. Russell served as a commissioned naval officer and served in the surface fleet and the Civil Engineer Corps.
