With more than 20 years of experience solving commercial real estate challenges, Michael Cantor serves corporate, public sector and real estate industry clients with global, national and regional real estate portfolios with services including strategic real estate planning, tenant representation, corporate real estate services, and development consulting. Michael also serves as the firm's Managing Director and directs Allegro's Strategic Advisory Services practice. Prior to co-founding Allegro, Michael served as a Senior Manager in the Real Estate Solutions practice of Deloitte & Touche and as Vice President of Cleveland Real Estate Partners, which was acquired by Deloitte in 1999. Earlier in his career, he worked in a corporate real estate outsourcing firm and an exclusive tenant representation firm.
George Hutchinson draws on more than two decades of real estate experience to serve corporate and public sector clients in services including portfolio management, site selection, and tenant representation. George served as Allegro's principal-in-charge from 2007 to 2012. Prior to co-founding Allegro, George was a Partner of Deloitte & Touche, where he directed the Corporate Real Estate Practice for the Great Lakes and Ohio Valley Regions. George was previously the Partner in charge of Corporate Services at Cleveland Real Estate Partners. Earlier in his career, he worked in tenant representation in Cleveland and Orlando, Florida. Additionally, George directs the firm's Corporate Services practice.
Russell Lamb has worked for and advised corporate, public sector, and not-for-profit entities in services including strategic planning, portfolio management, and development consulting for nearly two decades. Prior to co-founding Allegro, Russell worked as a Senior Manager in the Real Estate Solutions practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP and was active in the firm’s Public Sector/Higher Education/Not-for-Profit practice. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Associate at Cleveland Real Estate Partners and spearheaded real estate initiatives for the County of Charleston, South Carolina. Russell served as a commissioned naval officer and served in the surface fleet and the Civil Engineer Corps. Additionally, Russell directs the firm's Investment Services practice.
Damon Taseff has spent his entire professional career consulting clients in all facets of the commercial real estate industry, acting as a pragmatic, educated and skillful advisor. By leveraging his skill set in strategic planning, portfolio management and financial analysis to address real estate problems with practical and effective solutions, he has successfully consulted and advised a wide range of clients including private and publicly traded corporations, public sector entities and private investors. Prior to joining Allegro, Damon served as Assistant Vice President within the Strategy and Analysis Group in the Corporate Real Estate Department at Bank One in Chicago, Illinois. Since being admitted as a principal several years ago, Damon directs the firm's Transaction Advisory Services practice.
