A founder of Allegro, Michael has more than 30 years of experience. He’s led real estate projects for corporate, public sector, and real estate industry clients, with regional, national, and global portfolios.

Michael serves as the firm’s Managing Director and has helped Allegro expand its client base and service capacity, and received numerous awards for performance excellence.

Damon Taseff, SIOR

Principal

Damon has been with Allegro since 2004; and before that, he worked in a strategic real estate capacity for a multi-billion dollar bank. He’s assisted clients with real estate transactions across the United States and around the world, purchasing and leasing assets of all categories. His experience spans office, industrial, multifamily, and retail.

In addition to his core leadership role within Allegro, he directs strategic solutions for organizations looking to optimize their real estate portfolios, tailoring his approach to the unique needs of each client.
