Allegro Real Estate Brokers and Advisors is pleased to announce the election of Julie Lamb to principal of the firm, Adam Gimbel to principal of the firm, and the promotion of Nate Walczuk to Manager.
When Julie joined the firm in 2011, she was Allegro’s sixth employee at that time. As principal of the firm today, Julie is the first female owner of a major commercial real estate brokerage firm in the history of the Greater Cleveland market. She has played an instrumental role in Allegro’s exponential growth during her tenure; a result of her tenacious negotiating skills and her role as the firm’s leading expert in financial modeling. “When Julie joined the team, we were one quarter of our current size and that allowed her direct access to both decision-makers on the client side, and the founding partners internally. This created an environment ripe for accelerated growth and remarkable professional development, and Julie thrived in it,” said Michael Cantor, Allegro’s managing director. Julie earned her B.S. in Management Information Systems from Miami University, and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Ohio.
Adam, with Allegro since 2012, has been a consistent leader within the firm in his specialty of tenant representation and transaction advisory services. “Both clients and colleagues appreciate Adam’s analytical and logical reasoning skills and the high level of expertise he brings to transaction structuring and documentation. Adam’s time spent as a practicing attorney early in his career helped him to hone skills as an effective negotiator and zealous advocate of his clients,” stated Michael Cantor. “During his tenure, Adam’s contributions to Allegro have helped the firm to grow threefold.” Adam earned his B.S. with a major in Marketing and a minor in Psychology from Indiana University, and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. Adam is a member of the Ohio bar and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Ohio.
Nate joined Allegro in 2015 as an associate, with an exclusive focus on corporate real estate services. Today, Nate’s focus remains on corporate real estate where he excels as lead project manager for several international Fortune 1000 companies and national corporate portfolios. “Within our corporate services practice, Nate has seized the opportunity over the past few years to become a dependable and capable lead point of contact on several of Allegro’s most valued clients.” Nate earned his B.S.B.A. in Finance with an Economics minor from the University of Pittsburgh and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Ohio.
Allegro looks forward to continued growth with these outstanding additions to the firm’s ownership, leadership, and management.
