Integrated Retirement Plan Solutions (IRPS) is a law firm specializing in customized retirement plans for small businesses. At the time of engagement, the firm was leasing space in the Fifth Third Center in downtown Cleveland, Ohio at below market value however, the lease expiration was imminent. IRPS was approaching their busy season and wanted to be relocated to a new space before it hit, leaving Allegro with a four-month timeline. The firm had begun to look at properties independently, but was unable to identify a space that fit their needs, and became concerned about meeting their deadline without professional guidance. Spurred by having seen Allegro mentioned in a recent Crain’s Cleveland Business article, IRPS tasked Allegro with finding new office space under a tight timeline.
Almost immediately after engaging with the IRPS, Allegro identified a 5,000 sq. ft. space in the Caxton building that met their needs. Allegro was able to negotiate and secure an extremely aggressive deal, which included cosmetic improvements to the space at the landlord’s expense, and a move in date prior to the impending busy season. By entrusting Allegro with the project, Integrated Retirement Plan Solutions was able to effortlessly secure an ideal space quickly, while enabling themselves to focus on their own business in preparation for the firm’s busy season.
