financing — soliciting and negotiating debt placement; due diligence — managing activities including lease analysis, property reviews, audit of third party reports such as surveys and environmental reports, risk mitigation, and market analysis reports; pre-closing activities — validating closing statements and document preparation; and closing activities — selecting and engaging a management company, transitioning financials and accounting to the new owner, and other post-closing activities.
